No prior experience is necessary --

all of our classes are suitable for students of all levels. 

Mats are provided. Come as you are!

Reservations are not required, but we do recommend them for our evening classes to ensure you get a space. To make a reservation, simply contact us and let us know which class you'd like to attend.

All of our instructors speak Serbian and English.

Unless otherwise indicated, classes are held in English.

Yoga

Yoga Stretch

Stretch, strengthen, and maybe even sweat! All our classes combine mindful emphasis on breath with a thoughtful and creative flow of physical postures designed to energize and relax.

 

Each of our instructors brings their own unique experiences, education, and teaching style to the mat. As such, we are proud to offer you a wide array of classes, from gentle to invigorating, classical to modern. Pilates

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise focused on increasing health and vitality by strengthening the core. Pilates classes emphasize posture and alignment to build strength and flexibility. Are you looking to try yoga, but don't feel ready for a public class? Are you interested in learning more about a specific element of yoga? Are you working with an injury or limitation? Or a crazy schedule? These are some of the many reasons people may choose individual classes. Private classes are available with any of our instructors and can be scheduled to meet your needs.
