Pregnancy is a wonderful time to take up yoga! You can begin a Prenatal Yoga practice at any point during your pregnancy. This class is open to ALL stages of pregnancy - from pre-conception, right through postpartum. So even if you're thinking about getting pregnant, or have recently had a child, this is a great opportunity to connect with a supportive community of women, and to cultivate your connection with yourself as creative, powerful being!
Classes are guided by Aleksandra, who completed her 85-hour Prenatal Yoga Training under Teresa Campbell of Semperviva Yoga in Vancouver. She is a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) with Yoga Alliance.
