Where the Magic Happens
The retreat takes place in the beautiful seaside town of Petrovac, Montenegro, at the Casa di Oliveto.
Hang out in the shade of the old olive tree in the courtyard, or watch the sun set on a perfect day from your balcony.
Nestled right in town, but surrounded by an olive grove, Casa di Oliveto feels like it's worlds away. But a quick stroll takes you to the beach and the historic seaside promenade, lined with centuries-old palm trees.

Your yoga guide for the week is Aleksandra, a warm, approachable instructor who teaches flow classes suitable for students of all levels. No prior experience is required, and you do not have to be strong or flexible to practice.
Throughout the week, we will stretch, strengthen (and maybe even sweat!) as we explore healthy and sustainable ways to move our bodies.
Twice-daily classes deliver plenty of opportunities to slow down, take it all in, and practice being present. We will move, breathe, and play together, exploring accessible experiences of embodiment with a healthy dose of fun.
Sessions will generally focus on a yogic theme, and include grounding practices, pranayama (breathing exercises), a gentle warm-up, a stronger flow, and a juicy period of relaxation before a brief meditation. As with everything on this retreat, all the classes are entirely optional.

Your home for the week is located just a few minutes' walk from the sea! Enjoy easy access to Petrovac beach and seaside promenade, as well as adventures to a few hidden gems in the area.
A day at your retreat might look like this:
We meet at 8:00 am for a yoga practice where we will gently wake up the body and explore movement and breath, as well as introduce a theme for the day based on a yogic principle.
At 10:00 am we'll enjoy a delicious, healthy breakfast together.
After breakfast, adventure awaits. We will have organized optional activities on most days, including hiking, beach days, and excursions. You are also welcome to just relax, enjoy your surroundings, and take things at your own pace. This is your week to do you.
We meet again for a yoga practice around 5pm, where we refine what we we had worked on in the morning and take things a little deeper.
A hearty dinner is served around 7pm, and the evening is yours. Go for a stroll, relax and read a book, or socialize with your new besties!

Meander through meadows of wildflowers, discover hidden beaches, climb into the clouds and splash around on a crystal clear lake. Together we will explore the exquisite Montenegran coastline, and enjoy excursions to Lovcen National Park, and picturesque Skadar Lake.
