When Danica first encountered yoga in 2009, it was love at first class. Upon completing her degree in Psychology at UBC, she knew she wanted to study and explore the benefits of yoga.
In 2013 Danica completed her 200-hour training Yoga Teacher Training, and is presently working towards her 500-hour certification with Yin, Vinyasa and Kundalini yoga. She has had the pleasure of studying with master teachers such as Seane Corn, Kino MacGregor, Max Strom, Tina Pashumati James, Bernie Clark, Michael Stone, Eddie Modestini, and Nicki Doane.
During each class you will be invited to hold space for the body, mind and soul, marinating them with breath before beginning to move, eventually uniting the pieces into a beautiful dance where the heart finds its true rhythm.
Each class is gentle, thoughtful, and carries an essence of peacefulness. But most importantly, Danica listens to the needs of her students to inspire each and every class she teaches.
