The Fine Print

A 50% deposit of the full amount, payable via PayPal, is required to secure your place. The balance is payable in cash upon arrival. You may also pay the full amount via PayPal prior to your arrival.

If You Need to Cancel

Your deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to the scheduled start of the retreat. Cancellations for any reason (including complications related to COVID-19) less than 60 days prior to the retreat can not be refunded, but may be transferred to any of our future retreats.

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness.

We regret that we are unable to compensate for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, health issues, etc), as we have costs already incurred in the planning of retreats. To protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.

If We Need to Cancel
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the retreat because there are not enough participants, you will receive a full refund, including deposits, on payments made to us. However, we cannot compensate you for airfare or other travel costs incurred, so we recommend checking in with us when you are ready to book your airfare, if required.

In the unlikely case that we must cancel the retreat due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we will strive to secure you a full refund. However, this will depend on whether we receive a refund from the venues and tour operators we work with. To cover against these risks, we once again highly recommend you purchase travel insurance. We cannot compensate airfare or other travel costs incurred.


In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat due to the epidemiological situation (COVD-19) you will receive a full refund of any payments made to us, including deposits. However, we cannot compensate you for airfare or other travel costs incurred.

Travel Insurance
The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstance is to purchase cancellation/interruption insurance. Travel Insurance can protect you in case:

•  You cancel your participation in the yoga retreat
•  The retreat is cancelled due to weather, natural disaster, or not enough participants to run the trip
•  Your luggage or personal items are lost
•  You should become ill or injured, by covering medical expenses/repatriation costs


When selecting Travel Insurance, familiarize yourself with the company's policies related to the COVID-19 epidemic.

Transport to and from the Retreat
We will happily arrange airport transfer, or help you figure out other transportation options. However, travel arrangements to and from the site of the retreats are entirely your responsibility, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays or cancellations.
